Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead process design and optimization initiatives for the development of energy and environmental protection products.
  • Oversee equipment design, operation, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance in all engineering activities and product development processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage complex projects using project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
  • Utilize process control software, including DeltaV, Honeywell Experion, and Siemens PCS7, to monitor and control production processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and equipment specifications.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a relevant discipline is preferred.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in chemical engineering, with a focus on energy and environmental protection.
  • Expertise in process design, optimization, and equipment operation.
  • Proficient in regulatory compliance and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong experience with process control software such as DeltaV, Honeywell Experion, and Siemens PCS7.
  • Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
  • Familiarity with CAD and 3D modeling software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Knowledge of process simulation software, including Aspen HYSYS and ChemCAD.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Experience in the energy sector or environmental protection industry.
  • Familiarity with sustainable technologies and renewable energy sources.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
