Typical Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize analog circuits for consumer electronics and IoT devices.
- Utilize simulation software such as Cadence Virtuoso or LTspice for circuit design and validation.
- Perform schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium Designer.
- Conduct analysis and verification using tools like Mentor Graphics HyperLynx.
- Develop and implement algorithms using MATLAB and Python for data analysis and system optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analog designs into overall product architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design issues to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in analog design and electronics technology.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an analog design engineer.
- Proficiency in simulation software such as Cadence Virtuoso or LTspice.
- Experience with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout.
- Knowledge of analysis and verification tools such as Mentor Graphics HyperLynx.
- Expertise in MATLAB and Python for algorithm development and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
