Side Note:

This role will be VP of the entire firm but requires an engineering background; hence, the title in the JD does not include “Engineering”. I labeled this role as VP ‘of Engineering’ since those keywords are more likely to get this in front of engineers eager to lead a capital equipment firm.

More details will materialize within this description in the coming weeks as this is a newly created opening; details on compensation, benefits, and anything else we can cover will also emerge.
This is a smaller firm currently doing between ten & fifteen million per year with the goal of scaling this up dramatically over the next few years; base compensation will be commensurate with similar opportunities within similar markets in Utah. Again, this is a new opening, so these details are being defined and more will emerge. Your patience is appreciated.
