Job Title: (Mid-Sr.) Electrical Engineer – Professional Engineer (PE)

Location: Near Pasco Washington

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Salary Range: $82,000 – $122,500 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Manage discipline-specific tasks and projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and direct the efficient utilization of designers on projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Act as a consultant and assistant on specialized technical projects, facilities, equipment, or program functions.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate and review the work of other professionals involved in projects, ensuring seamless interdisciplinary integration.
  • Billing Leadership: Serve as the billing group lead for complex engineering tasks requiring coordination with other disciplines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Licensure: Licensed Professional Engineer ( PE).
  • Experience: 7-15 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a customer-focused, project-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in applying the National Electrical Code (NEC) to designs.
  • Familiarity with power distribution systems, lighting systems, emergency power systems, and fire alarm systems.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and renewable energy systems like photovoltaics is a plus.
  • Professional Membership: Active membership in a professional or technical society is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
