Organize and optimize the resources for all departments.

Position Responsibilities- Essential

  • Resource manager responds to complaints and address workplace problems involving employees
  • Resource manager meets all staffing needs by relocating employees to fill vacant positions, hiring new employees (with HR leader) or terminating contracts.
  • Resource managers will coordinate training, evaluation and management of all employees, including both temporary and permanent staff members (following HR department policies and procedures)
  • Resource managers designs programs to increase staff productivity and company profits.

Position Responsibilities- Non-Essential/Other
  • Partner with plant manager and department managers regarding issues, concerns, production, quality, etc.
  • Communicate with departments in Group regarding issues or improvements
  • Audit and review compliance with managers
Essential Skills and Experience
  • High school or technical school diploma
  • Minimum of 5 years of previous experience leading a production team or shift, in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Responsibility and authority to make decisions.
  • Possess a business acumen along with the ability to be strategic, flexible, innovative and results-orientated
  • Quality orientation and high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational analytical skills.
