Job Purpose:
The Regional Sales Manager’s primary responsibility is to create and develop new business within the assigned region, while managing existing business and sales channels.

Job Duties:

  • Regional Sales Managers work with hospitals to plan technology equipment throughout the various modalities.
  • Manage On Target Earnings (OTE) for the assigned territory.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface for technical and sales requirements.
  • Work with health care channel partners to help resell company products.
  • Forge strong relationships and establish deeper account penetration.
  • Manage key accounts and health care systems (IDN).
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special product developments and Client new use cases and trends. This is all gathered through field activity at hospitals, clinics and with company Technology partners.
  • Coordinate with corporate departments to identify, market to, and close sales at targeted accounts.
  • Regional travel and some national travel.
  • Work within a supportive team structure within the US and Canada.
  • Participate in marketing events and trade shows (regional and national).
  • Provide backup support to other RSMs.
  • Tailor territory marketing plans to work within geographical area.
