CalTek Staffing is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated R&D Test Technician to join our client’s growing team. This role is responsible for testing advanced thermal modules used in cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electronic and acoustic testing, a strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced R&D environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional testing on in-house thermal module products using equipment such as lasers, parameter analyzers, and tools for thermal and flow measurement.

Perform acoustic measurements to verify device performance.

Measure and record electrical characteristics of devices using standard testing equipment.

Accurately document and input test data into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Desired Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with semiconductor-based testing and acoustic measurement tools.

Ability to hear high-frequency sounds above 15kHz (required for acoustic testing).

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry.

Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
Additional Information:

This is a full-time, swing shift position: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM.

Pay range: $28–$38 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
