Job Title: Quality Engineering Manager

Compensation: $140k-$160k + Comprehensive Benefits

Up for the challenge?

• This hands-on Quality Engineering Management role will lead and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) while driving process improvement, regularly interacting with customers, having a strong presence on the manufacturing floor, and maintaining rigorous quality control.
• This role will work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leadership to maintain adherence to ISO9001 & AS9100 certifications, collaborating continuously.
• Manage a skilled quality team of engineers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Several years in Quality Management within aerospace manufacturing.
• Strong experience in quality control methodologies, AS9100 audits, and precision manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with QMS tools like Unipoint or similar (i.e. IQMS, Sparta, ETQ Reliance)
• Proficiency with JobBoss ERP or similar (Epicor, Sage 100/300)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
