The Recruiter’s take:

I have placed P&ID designers and engineers with this team since 2017, and my company since 2004; that said, we enjoy working with this team because they’re responsive and dynamic, they’re expectations of new hires is reasonable, and they treat both our team as well the new hires we send there with absolute respect. It just so happens that we seldom have to backfill the positions we placed in months prior; I’d like to think there’s a reason for the low turnover with this team.

Likelihood of Permanent Placement after 6 mo.: This team has a ton of work on their plate and if volume maintains throughout the year, they will either extend the contract another six months or make this position permanent.

Company Headcount: 15

Industry: Industrial Process Systems – Particle Filtration
