Professional Mechanical Engineer
$87,840 – $105,000 annually
Type: Full Time, Exempt

Position Responsibilities:
- Design services for commercial HVAC and plumbing applications.
- Conduct load calculations, equipment selections, system layout, technical specifications, and other project-specific tasks.
- Professional and ethical conduct required.
Essential Functions:
- Developing project budgets.
- Stamping and overseeing discipline-specific work.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Budget-aware project execution.
- Teamwork and quality focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer.
- Over 10 years’ experience in construction document development for commercial/federal projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
