Set Up C – Grinder
Job Summary:
Job Summary:
- Shift: First and third shifts are available. First is 6am-2:30pm and third is 10pm-6:30am.
- Set up and operate CNC machines (Tru-Tech)
- Assess machine operations, movement of parts, gauges, dials, machine sounds
- Interpret drawings and follow routings
- Troubleshoot equipment – modify programming parameters to resolve set up problems
- Troubleshoot and correct set up problems
- Complete all necessary paperwork and shop floor data
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year(s) CNC machining experience
- Must have experience setting up one of the following machines – Tru-Tech Grinder
- Knowledge of micrometers, precision scale, indicator
- Ability to carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs
- Ability to reach and bend
