Job Title: Production Cellar Worker

Position Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Hourly Wage Range: $21 to $24 per hour

With a history of producing award-winning spirits, we are now expanding our team and seeking dedicated individuals who are detail-oriented and reliable to join our production, bottling line, and warehouse operations.

Role Summary:

As a Production Cellar Worker, you will play a crucial role in our production process. You will be responsible for various tasks, including bottle preparation, filling, capping, labeling, and packing. Our team-oriented environment encourages employees to become proficient in all aspects of production to meet our quality standards and daily production goals.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Essential Functions:

• Execute bottle preparation, filling, capping, labeling, and packing operations.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality standards and achieve daily production targets.
• Utilize and operate machinery as required.
• Prior warehouse experience is advantageous.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:

• Handle barrel movements and liquid product transfers.
• Perform filtering and blending tasks.
• Occasionally add ingredients as needed.
• Conduct tank measurements and maintain barrel counts.
• Demonstrate proficiency in cleaning equipment using various chemicals.
• Interpret and understand work orders.
• Operate additional machinery as requested.
• Assist with bottling line and warehouse duties as assigned.
• Be prepared to perform other duties within the production department as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess basic math skills.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of cellar experience.
