The company is looking to hire a Process Technician to join our team in the Santa Clara area.

Responsibilities:
Work with Manufacturing, Mechanical and/or Quality Engineering teams.
Responsible for the mechanical assembly and testing of complex automation equipment using fabricated and purchased parts, as well as wet and dry ETCH processes.
Help build and maintain equipment, shelving and other mechanical assemblies used in production. Responsible for maintaining optical/electrical/mechanical equipment, computer systems, subsystems, hardware such as Wafer Handler, Electron Beam Columns, Electron Detector, Optical Microscope, Vacuum Chamber. Dismantle, inspect and troubleshoot components, rebuild and overhaul complete Chamber systems.
Knowledge of semiconductor equipment and processes. Expertise in equipment analysis, troubleshooting and repair. Hands-on Electrical, Mechanical, Optical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic experience on semiconductor capital equipment.
Perform routine and advanced wafer fab tasks in thin films, diffusion and Implant areas while working with Engineering teams. Operates semiconductor processing equipment, including Metrology, PVD, CVD, RTP, ETCH, ECP, Clean, Metal Dep, Wet/Dry ETCH, Furnace and Lithography.
Follow daily schedules for wafer flow and priority lots to process.
Perform various non-repetitive mechanical assembly functions using hand and/or power tools.

Education/Previous Experience Requirements
High school Diploma or GED required.
Technical Certificate preferred, but not required.
3-5 to years of experience of working in a team environment with a common goal.
Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing setting required.
Fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
