Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Support / Sales Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer support, maintain accurate CRM data management, and assist our field sales team in delivering outstanding service to healthcare professionals worldwide.
Key Responsibilities

Handle written and telephone customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency.

Support the field sales team with client follow-up, sales coordination, and administrative support.

Create and send sales quotations through our CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Maintain and update customer master data, proactively obtaining accurate contact details.

Manage global customer communication in fluent English, ensuring a high level of service.

Assist in marketing or sales-related projects as needed.
Qualifications

Completed commercial or technical training (or equivalent professional experience).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Experience with CRM sales platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.

Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to think creatively to solve problems.

Previous experience in the medical device or healthcare technology industry is a plus.

Pay Range: $22.00 – $26.00 Per Hour
