HVAC Superintendent

Part-time, about 20 hours/week. Pay is $100/hour.

Primary Responsibility:
Oversee and manage all HVAC field operations, ensuring schedule, quality, safety, and coordination with stakeholders.

Key Duties:

• Manage daily field operations across one or multiple job sites

• Coordinate installers, helpers, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Review mechanical drawings, schedules, and submittals

• Interface with general contractors, inspectors, and engineers

• Enforce safety compliance and conduct toolbox talks

• Track Client, productivity, and material usage

• Anticipate and resolve field conflicts or design issues

• Ensure installations meet contract scope and quality standards

• Oversee inspections, testing, and commissioning readiness

• Report progress, delays, and change conditions to management

Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of commercial HVAC experience

• Strong knowledge of codes, scheduling, and field coordination

• Proven leadership and jobsite management capability

• OSHA-30 preferred
