We are seeking a dynamic and strategic GM to lead operations at our North Hollywood site. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring organizational performance across production, engineering, and quality. The GM will play a pivotal role in reinforcing culture of innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily site operations, including production, engineering, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies to support growth, market expansion, and operational efficiency.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability and cost control.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams; foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities; nurture key customer and partner relationships.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including ISO standards and industry-specific guidelines.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction across key accounts.
- Product & Innovation Support: Champion continuous improvement and contribute to R&D and new product development efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in a manufacturing or technology based company.
- Familiarity or interest in EMI/EMC/RFI technologies.
- Demonstrated success in operations, strategic planning, and financial oversight.
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., aerospace, defense) strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams.
