Full Stack Developer (C# / .NET / React)

Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 + bonus + benefits

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join a collaborative, high-performing engineering team building modern, scalable applications on AWS.

In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions that power both internal systems and customer-facing platforms. You’ll work in an environment that values clean code, strong architecture, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern technologies
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React / Next.js and TypeScript
• Develop robust backend services using C# and .NET (6+)
• Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code following best practices
• Optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries across complex datasets
• Design and integrate REST and/or GraphQL APIs
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture and technical decisions
• Prioritize and manage tasks to meet project deadlines
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve systems

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in:
  • C# / .NET (6+)
  • React or Next.js
  • TypeScript / JavaScript
  • SQL (query optimization, performance tuning)
• Experience working with RESTful or GraphQL APIs
• Familiarity with GitHub and modern development workflows
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or supporting SaaS platforms
• Exposure to AWS cloud services, especially serverless:
  • AWS Lambda
  • DynamoDB
  • Step Functions
• Familiarity with microservices or event-driven architecture
• AWS Certification (Solutions Architect – Associate or higher)
• Experience in the retail energy industry (a plus, not required)
