Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by managing inquiries and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Analyze blueprints, drawings, or part specifications to calculate the cost of materials, labor, and associated expenses.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals to customers.
- Collaborate with engineering and shop teams to ensure the accuracy of estimates and production parts.
- Oversee and manage ongoing projects or parts, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3–5 years in industrial sales, estimating, or customer service, as well as industrial fabricating or manufacturing.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of technical specifications and manufacturing processes.
Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and industry-specific software tools.
