Electronics Test Engineer

$95,000 – $120,000 annually + Bonus

20 Min. West of Thousand Oaks & 30 Min. W of Simi Valley

Direct Hire – Onsite – M-F

( ITAR – U.S. Citizen or Permanent Residency)

Position Summary:

In this role, you will spearhead the development and execution of functional test programs for both custom and off-the-shelf hardware, ensuring the reliability of our innovative servo drive designs across a power range of 250 W to 300 kW. Your expertise in automating test routines will be crucial in enhancing our product validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and automate test software to validate design requirements.
  • Provide testability feedback on new product designs.
  • Design and program test fixtures for power electronics.
  • Collaborate with teams across Engineering, Sales, and Production to refine product testing procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in coding for electronic test automation.
  • Proficient in data acquisition and communication programming.
  • Strong skills in C++, C, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge of CANopen, TCP/IP, and experience with SQL databases is preferred.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident as required by ITAR.
