Title: Production Associate (II)
Location : Mountain View/Sunnyvale (Ca.)
Compensation: $26.00-$28.00/hr.
( Contract to Permanent – 1st Shift, 8am to 5pm – Mon-Fri – Flexible )

With deep expertise from some of the world’s most influential consumer hardware firms, this 85-headcount team has developed a high-end, completely autonomous robotics product that successfully addresses prudent functionality and design issues plaguing most, if not all other products in its class. Position Summary:
We are seeking passionate and dexterous Electro-mechanical Assembly personnel to join our client’s rapidly expanding production team as they launch a groundbreaking level-five autonomous household cleaning robot unlike anything else on the market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience integrating mechanical and electronic components in high-end products incorporating small screws and fasteners. Strong dexterity and comfort with precision screwdrivers is desired along with experience working from wire diagrams, schematics, assembly drawings, and instructions. Our client is looking for independent problem-solvers capable of identifying potential issues or nonconformities, communicating these to leadership while proposing potential solutions, and proactively providing feedback to optimize production processes as they scale their team to meet demand.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately assemble robots following established procedures and work instructions.
- Adhere to industry best practices, standards, & company SOPs for consistent quality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals within specified timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized production line for safety and efficiency.
- Communicate with shift supervisors to report and resolve production issues.
- Ensure the upkeep of tools and equipment, using them safely and efficiently.
- Monitor the production process for opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
- Assist in training and developing new employees for seamless integration into the team.
- Prioritize safety by adhering to safety protocols and wearing personal protective equipment.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- A Minimum of three (3) years of mechanical assembly experience in a precision manufacturing environments
- Experience interpreting wire diagrams, schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
- Experience and comfort with precision screwdrivers for small components used on high-end products (drones/UAVs, automotive assemblies, high-end consumer tech products.
- Mid-to-high-volume assembly line experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills ie.) Data Entry
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
