To lead site coordination and execution relating to mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) matters of the project.
- Design electrical lighting, grounding and power distribution systems for a variety of facilities and buildings
- Manage/supervise team
- Code interpretations and specifications.
- Cable and conduit routing, electrical schematics, panel wiring diagrams
- Overall responsible for all the MEP works installation and progress of work to meet contractual and specifications requirements.
- HVAC, Electrical Circuit Analysis, REVITT, Arc Flash experience
- 5+ years of relative experience
Preferred Skills:
- EIT or PE license
- Candidate with experience in education/training.
- Experience working on Government, medical, library, medical facitilites.
Pay: $70,000 – $120,000/YR
