Overview
We’re partnering with a leading technology company that is modernizing its data-driven platforms. The Backend Software Engineer will architect and build high-availability services and APIs that power large-scale applications and real-time analytics.
PAY RANGE: 190K – 220K
Responsibilities

Design and implement robust backend services in Python, Java, or Go.

Develop RESTful and/or event-driven APIs with focus on performance and fault tolerance.

Manage data persistence layers using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

Build scalable microservices and support distributed systems architecture.

Work closely with DevOps to ensure smooth deployments and monitoring.

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers when applicable.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.

4–10 years of backend development experience.

Proven expertise in one or more backend languages (Python, Java, Go, C#).

Experience building APIs and data models at scale.

Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Preferred
-
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers.

Familiarity with AWS Lambda or GCP Cloud Functions.

Knowledge of CI/CD, monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana), and performance tuning.
