CNC Machinist

Responsibilities:

• Use drawings and specifications to set up and operate CNC Mills, lathe, and waterjet o YCMverticalmillswithFanuccontrols
  
  o FadalwithFanuccontrol

  o EC400with7stationpalletpool(Haashorizontalmill)

  o Flowwaterjet

• Inspect work utilizing precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges

• Proficient in part loading and unloading operations, on both vice and fixtures

• Perform follow-up operations, including deburring and finishing work

• Perform manual machining tasks utilizing Bridgeport Mill and Lathe

• Accurately complete job traveler documents

• Maintain equipment

• Maintain a clean work area

• Perform other job functions as required

  Qualifications

  • Prior work history should demonstrate ability

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Punctual and dependable

  • High school diploma, GED or vocational training

  • Communicate in English both written and verbally

  • Must be able to demonstrate accurate basic math skills

  • Ability to follow procedures, product handling methods and records completion
