Seeking Sales Managers with experience and knowledge of Industrial/Embedded computer boards, systems, tablets and network appliance. If you know major players in the territory and have existing relationships with prospects’ engineers, buyers and decision makers, you are the one we are looking for.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect & target new opportunities to generate revenue for embedded board, system, panel PC, network appliance and tablet business.
- Identify and review engineering specifications with support team, coordinate and propose product solutions, and negotiate sales and support contracts while leveraging the company’s competitive advantages
- Meet or exceed annual sales quotas
- Grow account base and new projects year over year
- Work with Key Suppliers, Eco-system Partners, Marketing and Inside Sales to generate and follow up on targeted leads.
- Attend tradeshows within territory to expand business opportunities for key vertical markets
- Partner with franchised distributors to develop channel business opportunities in territory
- Determine need to engage local manufacturer’s rep(s) to help develop and expand territory
- Coordinate with technical staff to train channel partners (franchised distributors and reps)
- Develop collaborative relationships within customers to drive sales growth and achieve mutual success
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customers and project lifecycles
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Reside in the sales territory (NorCal, OR, WA) as frequent business travel is required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter, team player, positive attitude who can work independently without constant supervision.
- A hunter who always pursues opportunities to fruition
- Candidate to have 7+ years of sales experience in Embedded/industrial computers, networking, and system level products with a strong understanding of the technical requirements
- Strong project management experience and ability to multi-task will be essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines is preferred.

- Total Compensation Package Range from $100K – $150K based upon experience.
