  • Process billing for a large volume of work orders for adds, moves, and changes regarding Telecom related orders for small-medium sized requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Add charges, verify data entry and close out tickets in a timely manager and being mindful of SLA’s
  • Perform Month-End validation tasks and upload files to SAP system using a 3 rd party Telecom interface
  • Perform research and interface with the business units to resolve billing issues in a timely manner
  • Analyze billing and usage data and prepare monthly reports
  • Provide analytical support as needed to help clients achieve optimal cost efficiency
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with project participants at all levels within the team and across multiple business units
  • Assist with equipment ordering and refresh projects for the Voice & Mobile services teams.

Preferred Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the Telecom industry
  • 3+ years of billing experience – TEM or telecom industry experience preferred
  • A solid understanding of Telecommunications industry and practices
  • Knowledgeable of, and experienced with IT ticketing systems
