Temp to hire (This is a long-term position)

Shift: Day Monday – Thursday

Duties:

• Read work orders, follow production drawings and sample assemblies, or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• Perform mechanical and electrical part assembly
• Incoming inspection
• Complete daily production logs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships, including the ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Use of hand and power tools.

Knowledge Requirements:

• Experience in and overall knowledge of mechanical and electrical part assembly.
• Experience in quality control and inspections.
• Knowledge of standard business English, including spelling, grammar, and composition.
• High School Diploma or GED
  
  Education and Experience:
  
  High school education or equivalent.
  
  Five (5) year’s experience.
