Job Description: Mid-Level Architectural Designer

The Mid-Level Architectural Designer will work full-time, in person at our downtown Austin office. Candidates should have a well-rounded personality and should anticipate being involved in all facets of project design, document development, and construction phases on a variety of project types across the U.S., including Hospitality, Multi-Family, Office, and Industrial. The Mid- Level Architectural Designer should have previous experience managing projects and will take ownership of the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of the work assigned to them. Candidates will have full responsibility for leading their team as well as actively managing our clients associated with those projects. Salary is commensurate with experience level, plus performance-based bonuses.

0. Required Qualifications:

   • Bachelor of Architecture degree

   • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience

   • Excellent organization, written, and verbal communication skills

   • High proficiency in Revit, modeling, and document production

   • High proficiency in AutoCAD

• High proficiency in construction document organization and production

• Mid proficiency in Construction Administration

• Mid proficiency in Sketchup

• Mid proficiency in technical knowledge of architectural building systems and detailing

• Basic proficiency with project specifications

• Basic proficiency with project engineer coordination

• Ability to travel if needed

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Architectural license, or actively pursuing licensure

• Experience working in BIM360 Design working with other consultants
