The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for quoting, order entry, order management, help address any issues/disputes from the customers or clients by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to any complaints.
Pay Range: $26-$29/Hour 1st shift
Essential Responsibilities
· Support the sales team with respect to assigned and account base of 150+ accounts, including many aerospace, defense, and international customers
· Responsible for quoting, follow up on quotes, order entry and order management
· Create RMAs, resolve pricing discrepancies and assist with expediting requests
· Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries daily, by both phone and email in a fast-paced environment
· May be required to perform other duties
Job Experience/Requirements
· High School diploma or equivalent, AA or AS degree desirable
· 3-5 years of experience in an office-based environment working directly in customer service in a manufacturing setting, preferably in customer fabrication
· Able to prioritize, and manage time efficiently
· Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customer’s needs and provide answers, paths, troubleshooting help, or methods for a positive customer experience
· Able to respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner
· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access proficiency a must
· Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people
· Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
· Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Must possess a highly positive and service-oriented approach to work with both internal and external customers
· Strong problem solving and multi-tasking abilities required
· Can be relied on to work with limited supervision at times and to follow through with tasks efficiently
· Ability to work in a dynamic environment with constant change
· Able to handle pressure with poise and tact
