For the Lead Machine Operator, this is the job description:
The immediate opening is for a night shift Lead Machine Operator. The hours are 6:30p – 6:30a Mon. – Thurs. initially for training (approx.. 3-4 weeks). Then move to a rotation of Fri. – Sun. for one week followed by Thurs. – Sun. then next week. This position entails a fast paced environment, monitoring and troubleshooting the basic problems that may occur on the Assembly machines, including adjusting all machines during the workday. Also troubleshoot the assembly of parts, mechanical and pneumatic machine operations and sensor reliability.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Machine Operator and leadership experience.
Must have reliable attendance with consistent work history
Detail oriented
Works well in a team environment
Must have ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work with minimal supervision
A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
A determination to accomplish results
Non-smoker
Rate:
$25.00/hr + $3.00 shift differential
