Job Title: Assembler (Temp-to-Hire)

Shift: Monday – Thursday (32-40 hours/week)

Pay: $27.00 – $30.00/hour

Whether you’re soldering together circuits or piecing together precision parts, your work will help build devices that keep things running safely and smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Put things together: Assemble mechanical and electrical parts. —time to get those hands busy!
  • Solder like a pro: Flex those fine-motor skills and show us your best soldering technique.
  • Bring blueprints to life: Read work orders, follow production drawings, or listen to verbal instructions (if you’re a good listener, even better!).
  • Track your progress: Keep daily production logs, because every piece counts.
  • Team player: Help out with other duties as assigned (we all pitch in here).

Who You Are:

You’re not just another assembler—you’re an assembly artist. Here’s what we need from you:

  • Organized: You know where everything is, and you like to keep it that way.
  • Detail-oriented: You catch the little things that make the big difference.
  • Adaptable: Fast-paced environments? No sweat. You’re ready for those shifting priorities!
  • Good communicator: You can follow directions like a champ and know how to work with others.
  • Tools expert: Whether it’s hand tools or power tools, you’re no stranger to ’em.

Your Knowledge Arsenal:

  • You’ve got experience with mechanical and electrical part assembly (bonus points if you’ve ever fixed that thing no one else could!).
  • Familiar with quality control and inspections—you know good work when you see it.
  • Your business English is top-notch (grammar, spelling, the whole package).
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED is a must.
  • Experience: You bring a solid 10+ years of assembly skills to the table—yeah, we know, you’re the real deal!
