Description: The candidate will be responsible to run various characterization tools to test (MEMS) micro-electromechanical systems parts through different stages of assembly. Person will help maintain prototype manufacturing line and aid engineers in development efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. BS in ME/EE/CS
  2. Experience in operating characterization and metrology tools in a high precision manufacturing environment (e.g. semiconductor/MEMS).
  3. Capable of measuring and classifying subassemblies/parts based on tolerance specs through various stages of assembly.
  4. Bring up and drive hardwre.
  5. Fabricate test boards and manage lab flow.
  6. Keen attention to detail in analyzing measurement data and maintaining traceability to part ID and processes.
  7. Capable of identifying visual defects or deviations from expectation and perform analysis to identify failure points.
  8. Ability to work in a team, interpret instructions from engineers and other support staff.
  9. Basic experience with Office tools such as Excel and Word.
  10. Curiosity to learn and continuously expand measurements skill set as needed.
